You're going to have to call them, or go in the office, they'll most likely refer you to other services like the Klamath housing authority.
Yeah, this town calls themselves the "City Of Refuge" but they do badly mouse funds. Granted they help provide for Gospel Mission. But it's almost better to be homeless and a meth head to get help than anyone trying to become independent and hanging on a thread. Even the churches, many receive assistance from the dark realm Mason's for allowing use of church buildings for Masonic funerals, etc., So the churches can afford to stay open. Something sorely needs to give in this town.
I found that office to be useless... ZERO assistance for my 76 year old disabled mother... ZERO services for me with an SSDI income & a broken knee cap. Look to the Skylakes Community office on S. 6th... Catie Peterson is great at helping locate all available services in Klamath County
