I recently purchased a fairly expensive product from Diamond that had a manufacturer defect. When Jeremy with Diamond learned the manufacturer of the product was not helpful in resolving the issue, he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. This was especially meaningful to me considering he did not have to help as much as he did. I would 100% recommend Diamond over other big box stores as they still treat you with the highest level of customer service and care about your shopping experience.

Diamond, following the state's safety mandates, requires guests to wear masks while in store and offers free masks to individuals that forget to bring one. They recommend 6ft physical distancing and have marks on the floor at registers and points of service to reinforce the spacing. Plexi screens are in place at all registers and service centers. They also frequently clean surfaces such as cart handles, registers, phones, credit card terminals, countertops, etc. ... any high-touch surfaces. Finally, posted occupancy limits are at each entrance and they monitor occupancy to stay in compliance. With the stores being so big, this is never an issue.

The Gaco roof product is a great for roofs in our area ... especially for flat roofs. The 100% silicone product allows it to handle ponding water better than other coatings. Since it is white or light grey in color, it allows it to help keep the house cooler than Wet Patch or BlackJack, which is black and draws the heat.

No, they don't sell appliances. HD and Sears Hometown do. We also have the locally owned Meritt's. I bought my new range there after HD told me they didn't have what I wanted in stock and it would take 2 weeks. Meritt had what I wanted at a good price and delivered free the next day.
