Per one of the owners, they are 99.9% dot.com. They have four buildings in Klamath Falls OR, and if you ask politely they will let you browse. The real magic is bookend sets for musical instruments, but they do a lot more. I saw slabs that are 20' long. The trees are cut with laser guided precision giant bandsaws. They have come a long way from salvage of fallen city trees.

My order was missing 1 item and Katherine called and made me feel like I was the most important customer they have. The mistake was quickly taken care of.

A class act candy store for woodworkers! I just started turning. Catherine helped me with a "variety sampler". I've attached a picture of some of the pens made from that order. All I need to do now is sell a few of them so I can buy more wood! I'll be back...often I hope!

Quite possibly my favorite store on earth. The only thing more impressive than their 1 of a kind slabs and pieces of lumber is their customer service. This place is impressive. Super fast affordable shipping. Loyalty reward points Products match descriptions. Slabs that have been surfaced come perfectly flat. Great value for what you're getting. I highly recommend these folks for your next fine wood working project.

Questions & Answers

We are thinking about flying to Klamath Falls on Aug. 14. Could we get a tour of your company on the 15th, 16th or 17th? Also, would Medford airport be the closest and best town to fly into? Tom

Tom, Thank you so much for contacting us! Yes, Medford is the closest airport and then there is a beautiful drive up over a mountain pass. It takes about an hour and 20 minutes from Medford to Klamath Falls. There is a nice restaurant/resort called "Lake of the Woods" where you could stop for ice cream & pie, lunch, or dessert on the drive over. They have beautiful views and are only a few minutes off of the highway. We will be here during that time. The owner will be out the 16th & 17th so wouldn't be here for a tour but someone else in our staff would be happy to show you our operation!

How do I find the species name from the # written on the blank ! I did not keep my order sheets dumb I know !!
