Thanks for your reply about not being able to convert a DV disk from one region of the world to another region. But do you know of any company in the Columbus area who can convert a PAL disk to the American version. Thank you very much!!!

Hi Teresa, unfortunately, I don't know of a company in the Columbus area that can convert your disc but you could certainly call around to check. Perhaps you could research if you can rip the files to a computer yourself using a software like MPEG Streamclip or something like it. I'm just not sure if that would work. Your PAL disc might also be copy-protected which could make things even more difficult.
