I think Rossmann wouldn't charge you anything for that, just for pushing the cable back to its place. I do not represent Rossmann Group, but I have been watching his videos since a long time, so I can say that with some confidence
This is an odd question to answer as 99.999999% of the time, the screen flex cable is not the problem. Is the issue no image? Image distortion? Or image showing only at certain angles? On older machines that use LVDS, a bad cable or slightly disconnected cable can cause image distortion, as interference or lack of data on any of the individual data lines can cause partial image. However, on newer machines(2010 for Airs, 2012 retina for the pros and up) they use eDP, and eDP only works if all data lines are good. It's an all or nothing protocol, so if the issue is partial image/distorted image/lines on screen, your issue will not be the cable. If the issue is that the image goes in and out when you TOUCH the screen or move it back and forth, this often winds up being defective screen. What is the issue? What are you looking to resolve? Also, what device do you have? On an iMac/iPad, you must remove an expensive, glued in LCD to do this. On a macbook, you don't. I need more detail
Update the minimum charge I was told is 185$ from ubreakifix in Montreal
