I don't work for the ross group. I would think tho-no-unless you got more at time of your purchase. Shoot them an email ... the ram is soldered in. They could probably do it.

hello, I found a Toshiba satilite A215-s7475 model psafgu-03j002 laptop without a hard drive or dims. I installed a hard drive and two 1g dim and installed windows 10 operating system. it works but runs hot and shuts down is that normal?
