I know my review is not like the rest, but my experience with Puru still smarts, years later. He comes across as a super nice guy, and I'm sure he is, but I can't leave a good review. My MacBook Pro hard drive failed and I brought it in to Apple Club to see what could be done. $400 and change later, I had a 'new' hard drive with no data recovery (expected given the relatively low price I was charged). After I used it for 30 days, it failed again. When I brought it in, Puru told me that the warranty expired after 30 days. It was just one of those things. The work fails on the 31st day of a 30-day guarantee; it happens. But after he said it would be another $100 plus tax, I felt so frustrated, in a huff I 'gifted' him the computer. He didn't bat an eyelash. I wouldn't be surprised if he fixed the machine up right after that, for real. I miss it so; it was a workhorse for so many years. Wish I hadn't left it there but I was so upset. My next workhorse, when it inevitably fails, I will decidedly not bring it to Apple Club. Sorry, Puru. Adding the following on 3 May: The name on the service ticket was not Perry Ross. If you happen to find the record of service (and I will provide you with the name on the service request privately), you will see that yes, the warranty had recently expired. I came in with the newly-failed drive and you wanted an extra $120 or so to repair it, AFTER I had spent more than $400 to repair the first failed drive just a month earlier. I did not want to spend money again on a drive that I thought might last six weeks. I was so upset that I preferred to part with the entire MacBook Pro machine rather than keep spending money on bad drives. That's why you got two stars. You had a chance to swap out the drive then and there and you politely refused (without me paying another hundred dollars).

Highly recommend Apple Repair Club. I brought in my iMac 21-inch desktop, which had become so slow I was planning to just trade it in for a new one. But Puru offered a solution of a new drive, and - voila- I feel like I have a brand new computer for half the cost. Puru was a pleasure to work with, very trustworthy and really knows what he's doing.

I'm not sure about iPhone S. Are you able to provide me the serial number of your iPhone please? Thanks!
Hello Amit, I'm not sure why the fan is getting noisier by the day and not so by the night. I would love to evaluate. In respect to the battery replacement service, the cost will be around $139. Thanks!
