Don't need any rights or membership to shoot at Honey Island. It is a public range. The only caveat is that you need a Louisiana hunting or fishing license to be on site because the range is situated inside the Pearl River Wildlife Management Area. The cheapest option for you would be a Louisiana Wild Stamp and it can be purchased at anyplace fishing and hunting licenses are sold in Louisiana.
You can always come on weekends. If you want to come on the off days you need to be a range officer. All the information you would need to become a range officer is on thier website.
