Birth certificate, ssn card, and 2 proofs of address. Make sure you ask for the federal ID, same cost, that way you don't have to replace it by November. Also you may want to go to Slidell's DMV, much faster. The people in the East don't seem to like to work and have bad attitudes. Plus they forever having a breakdown. If you do go in the East after 10; grab your#, then go get yourself something to eat. You'll have at least 1.15- 1.5hrs of a wait time.
