I live in New Orleans for 15 years and been back here in the Lake Charles area for about 10 years we're flooded down here and I have to cancel appointments from LSU on Galvez & Tulane the lady that I spoke to today said that there was no water there at that time and that's not far from Claiborne and Cleveland
