Why are all the staff that works in The observation Wing at UMC New Orleans so rude and not helpful at all. Especially the RN?

Let me reiterate what I was having a concern about. There is a Observation Floor that there main purpose is to observe you for whatever reason it my be! The staff in the Observation FLoor which a patient is assigned to a room is very unprofessional and made me feel unsafe! In no way or form have I encountered a Bad Experience with any of the Emergency Room Floor Staff, they are very professional and caring! This is from experience!

I've been on that unit, and while the nurses might not be as "warm and fuzzy" as in some of the more focused units, I never felt that they were anything less than professional.

If you mean the emergency room they are always rude in there because they get so much stupid patience in if that's the observation Wing I'm not sure what the observation when is
