I have gift cards I found I for got I even had! I checked the balance an got money on them. It's a Carmike Cinemas gift card! My question is will it work at this place?

No, I don't think so as this theater is not part of the Carmike Cinemas chain. But, to know absolutely I recommend calling the theatre office line and not the movie line.
