I recommend the house lawyer to help with legal aspects. Was a few bumps in road but overall we are happy with the service and willingness to work things through. Although had a home sale with a realtor there that went south when we decided after the sale went through to go with a more suitable prospect for searching for our next home after we had concerns regarding a sudden lack in communication and questions not being answered also a few pointed remarks & offers to help that were retracted. The realtor made confrontation upon several times of trolling remarks via Facebook and times we had contact. The digs became upsetting and we're a source of negative vibes after 3 months, ultimately asked to be left alone, we just wanted was to stay corgal and make the best of things considering our already hard situation but she wouldn't let it go. We wish her well and wish to move on from the unnecessary experience.
