There is the Copperhead trail which runs some 3.5 miles. There is also the skills course next to the Jay Cees Baseball field. Easiest to find access to Copperhead is from the Lewis Rec Center parking lot. The trailhead is in the NE corner of the lot.
In Country Park i did see a bmx type track and i did notice bike riders. I did not see any dirt bike trails.
Yes indeed, even special trails for mountain biking, and you can join cycling club such as D'oro
