When I visited, I sure did use my cool culture card discount. When you pick your date at checkout apply the discount coolc and your tickets will be free. Show the barcode sent via email to gain entry.
It's advised you make a reservation. Although the city is virtually considered fully open, due to inactivity because of the pandemic, there has been an influx of traffic to institutions and attractions around the city where some places have turned people away due to meeting /exceeding operating capacity. A reservation places you within the capacity count before you show securing your admission
