I think there is a sick stray cat on my top front step.I cant get out fr door without cat crying and whining.it been there since 7 30 am.can you help

I called them 3 times already

U have to call them (ACCT Philly or SPCA) to come out.

Call your local aspca or acct but be aware they re release them after they are finished.

You would have to take it there or call animal control.
