I haven't heard that, but i do know that they are full, if you are looking to adopt, and volunteers are always welcome!

I suspect not. ACCT is an intake shelter, and too many breeders and irresponsible pit bull owners keep the kennels full by abandoning their animals, not to mention all the people who fail to spay/neuter.
