Hi, we actually don’t serve pulled pork regularly, only special occasions like July 4th. We have an “old hickory” rotisserie that we cook out BBQ items (Chicken, pork loin, ribs) in. It is lightly smoked, not heavily at all. Not enough to give a smoke ring on any meats. I hope that answers your question. And we look forward to seeing you and serving you!
