BEST cabbage EVER! 2nd best is the sweet potatoes! Fried Pork Loin is wonderful if you choose a piece that is not overcooked. We usually get take out from Goolsby's twice a month.

Do they smoke their bbq or is it just meat braised in sauce like a slow cooker? Their menu doesn't mention smoke at all which is why I'm wondering.
