I have only experienced the drive thru, but the workers seemed friendly. I thought the burger was good, but sadly even though they remembered the syrup my french dippers were forgotten. I'm partially to blame I should have checked the bag.

Ordered the "Jumbo" Onion Rings for $6. I got 5 onion rings. See the pic. The server who brought the onion rings said jumbonis size, not the amount. The size was small too. 1/3 plate size.

They keep messing my order up how do you mess up a plain burger and no one is there no rush at all and still messed it up and the cashier was rude.
