Its a slow riverboat style boat with deck chairs on top which are uncovered and a lower deck which is air conditioned. There is a bar on board which has water soda a couple types of canned beer and a small selection of mixed drinks (think like captain morgans margarita mix)

It's fun and you can get alcohol . hope you don't get sea sick
It's a boat ride around the harbor that takes you to a lot of the historic sites around Charleston. I believe you can buy alcoholic beverages but I'm not 100% positive.
