A 5-year-old may like it once the captain allows him to steer the vessel but outside if that, it will be boring. Definitely not for an infant.
I don't think this is a great attraction for kids that young. It's a long ride and you have to sit. I would try the aquarium that's like right next door.
That may be a little young to get anything good out of it.
They might actually be bored by the harbor tour. I cant see that standing up as interesting for their ages. As far as cost...that should be online. Kids may be free...not sure.
