I can give this hotel 0 start , very old elevator old nasty rugs , front service they dont have customer service no smile , does not worth to pay 125$ too much and not get srvice , i thought this hotel in third world country , they have to remodle

They continue to remodel this place, so that it always looks pleasant. It's unfortunate you had that experience, however its a great place to stay or hold an event in there elegant ballrooms.

they were doing a remodel while I was there as well, but it sounds as though you are being a bit dramatic. this is not a 5 star hotel
