Ask at the pay booth or go to the kiosk board by ranger office and look at the map.
Absolutely ask the attendant at the front gate, but down by the boat launch, there is an additional kiosk by the kayaks.
If you ask at the entrance they will provide details. I believe environment center is where you go for all rentals.
