They do have an exhibit for smaller kids but I'm not sure of the age category. Maybe two so your 1 year old should be fine.

Upstairs on the second floor that thry have section for babies. It's be perfect for a 15 month old
On a "non school field trip" day about 10 am it can be very nice. I would suggest letting them play in one or two areas then coming back another day to explore the rest.
There is one area for the little ones. I was watching them play a few days ago and I would say they were between 14 to 20 month age.
Yes I have taken my grandkids there and they are under 2 and 1 years of age
Is an area designed for children under 3 I think, the are a roller parking inside to leave the diaper bag and the rest of your items.

There were babies there when I was there. They seemed content.
Not really. Children ages 3 and up are more suited for EdVenture. Your 15 month old will more than likely not be interested.
