Make sure to go in and double check that they get your arrival text! I waited 20 minutes (after arriving early to avoid delays) just to have to go inside (the lobby is closed to the public) and tell them I was there anyway. Everything went smoothly after the check-in process though! Sweetest ladies, they handled my very nervous pup with great care. 👍

Was referred to Blue Pearl to see Dr. Draper for my baby Lucy because of seizures and she was in extreme pain. This started with idiopathic seizures and then on top of that idiopathic extreme pain so bad if you looked like you were going to touch her she would scream, worse with biting if you did. I truly though we would have to have her euthanized because her life had become a living hell. As a last resort saw Dr. Draper , after exam and blood work he discontinued 3 meds prescribed by other Vets and put her on 3 new ones. The change was pretty much immediate and profound. Two days later she is her normal self and pain free, thank God and Dr. Draper. Before this we had been to our vet and emergency vet four times point being after two vet visits with no positive results go see Dr. Draper ASAP. I can't thank him enough!!!

Dr. Davis and her Ophthalmology team, Crystal and Jaquetta, as well as the front desk staff have been awesome! I brought Arthur to Bluepearl on a Sunday morning when he was having an eye disaster. There are no emergency vets open in my home town and Bluepearl was amazing. They began giving him the treatment he desperately needed immediately. Dr. Davis performed very complex eye graft surgery the following day and completely saved his eye. From the emergency care through the surgery, I received calls constantly updating me on Arthur and explaining all of my options to me in detail. The day after the surgery, I received the cutest pictures from the staff and it made me feel so happy. The follow-up care and the explanation of every single detail by Dr. Davis and her team is just impeccable. You can tell they they have so much knowledge and are so professional - also so much compassion for what you are going through and they truly care about your pet. 10 STARS!!! I cannot thank you all enough. You guys are an example of what everyone in your profession should strive to be like. Update: It has been four months since Arthur’s eye surgery and the results are fantastic! Dr. Davis and Crystal worked hard to trim his graft and you can barely tell he has one. I am so thankful Arthur ended up in their trusting hands.
