Dr. Weber and her staff are AWESOME! They are so wonderful to my little teacup poodle, Buster. I know she care for dogs of all sizes but I know her expertise with small dogs. She really is the only one I trust for his care. I know they show him love too!

Dr. Weber is a good vet, she is not overpriced, she doesn’t suggest unnecessary procedures and she always has been thorough with my animals. Sadly the behavior of her current staff has made me cut ties with this vet after 20 years of care for every animal I have ever had.

I was really excited to take my two dogs to the vet to update their shots and get their nails trimmed because I lost my nail clipper when I moved to SC. Unfortunately, I have never seen my dog in more pain than when Dr. Weber trimmed her nails. I’ve trimmed their nails at home a million times, but my dog’s paw was bleeding and my dog was whimpering and pulling away when at home she never has any problem. I’ve taken her to four different vets and two groomers and she’s never handled a nail trim like that. It was really really hard to watch. Additionally, my other dog has a past of being abused before I found her. Usually vets are very gentle and patient and earn her trust. That was not the case here. They muzzled both of my dogs. My dogs have never been muzzled before. Dr. Weber and her staff were kind to me but I will never go back because of how they treated my dogs. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30, I was back in my car with my dogs by 10:44. I felt as if the staff were lazy and rushing us through without allowing me to fully express my concerns about my dogs or trying to give my dogs a good experience. They even sent me to pay and claimed my dog was heartworm negative before the test finished running. They still haven’t told me the result of her heartworm test result days later. I guess we’ll just assume that means it’s negative? Haha. They also kept coming back in the room and rushing me to finish my paperwork at the beginning of the appointment which was really rude. My dogs deserved better and I’m really disappointed in Dr. Weber. It was also the most I’ve ever spent on these routine services. They didn't even provide me with an itemized bill and updated shot records which is usually routine. If you’re going to charge more than other vets, you should probably be more professional and thoughtful. I also had to wait several weeks for our appointment and several friends thought that was a red flag so they were urging me to go to a different vet. I will definitely take their advice in the future.
