I totally understand the rude people in Monroe. Yes I came to purchase items that I needed. I am sorry I am disturbing your talking and texting on your cell phone. Last time I checked you are getting paid to be working not for using the phone. Not to mention store phone ringing off hook and no one answered it because they couldn't be bothered to do there job. Don't bother asking for a manager because they say there is no manager. Come on people every body answers to someone. Again proving what I said on something else. They treat customers badly at the Monroe location because the employees know nothing is going to be done about it. Veteran Veteran I know it's futher to go to the Lancaster S.C. location but it is soooo worth it. The Lancaster location are so helpful, friendly,kind, and are so incredible. I will definitely be continuing to use the Lancaster SC because they aren't on cellphone not to mention that they answer store phone on the first ring. So definitely go to Lancaster
Sorry, I can't relate. I haven't experienced that at all - have had good service each time I've visited, all on weekends though.
