Ordered the flounder plate....expecting what other restaurants dish out. Wrong! Mr. G's has the best tasting flounder in Union county NC! It beats Spiro's and Mayfair hands down! And the hush puppies and fries were cooked just right too. But back to their Flounder Plate.... I cannot emphasize enough about the Flavor! And I know fish, having fished commercially in the Gulf of Mexico on a commercial fishing vessel. The flavor, coupled with the perfect color! Flake was excellent too, no mushy Mayfair fish served without bread.... And after I ordered, the lady brought my flounder right out to me in less than five minutes! Thank you Mr. G's for all you folks do! Oh and the price was fair too!

Wasn't to pleased by my selections. The mayo on the Philly tasted more like sour cream. The bread wasn't the best at holding the sandwich together either. Also the wings that where 2 drumettes a wing section with tip and a full wing. Were drenched in a basic Buffalo sauce. That leaked out the delivery container which made a mess. They also could have been fried a little bit longer.
