My friend and I took a tour of the Ludwig factory in November 2018. As a long-time Ludwig customer, the tour helped me to understand the craftsmanship that goes into creating the drums. The Ludwig team takes pride in what it makes. The factory is staffed by artisans who work with wood, metal and paint to create amazing, American-made drums.

Yes, we just need a few weeks to schedule it. Typically tours are given on Thursdays at 1:00 pm. No open-toe shoes are permitted for safety reasons. Thx!

Serial numbers for drums are typically inside each shell on a Ludwig sticker. Most USA drums have serial numbers, but not all. It depends on series and price point.
