Is it normal for them to leave your packages in a plastic bag on a rainy day on side of the road at your driveway like trash for them to be stolen??? Then put in the computer that they delivered to your back door!! Liars!! driveway is fine!!

I am currently having the same issue. I have a long driveway that goes through some woods. I have had some drivers bring it to the front door and others leave the packages in the bags 3/4 of the way back closer to the other houses on the ground pushed back to the woods. Especially frustrating when it was Hello Fresh that got ruined or one of my son's expensive medicines!! I am trying to figure out how to get with the driver in order to let them know that the house IS back there and just bring it all the way to the door. Go figure.

No. But starting this time of year they use a lot of contract workers. Or they may have not been the one to deliver it.

Never had a issue with UPS always leaves my package at front door. Sounds like you need to call customer service and address your complaints.
