Had to come up for Long Form Birth Certificate & you’d think it was the waiting room to the torture chamber of Hell. While there were some workers who were really nice and really trying to help, the one woman at the end calling out and barking rude orders who seemed like she never witnessed a rainbow in her life just ruined the atmosphere the others were trying to provide for the customers.

No one answers the phone at the health department. The WIC office should have a better way to communicate with parents. I had to visit the health department, the ladies that work in the WIC office we’re really nice and understandable. The security guard made an assumption due to my race. I am a proud black educator, I teach young minds, I would never show out in a public place. We’re all trying to figure out the recall issue about formula to make sure kids are fed.
