It is a walmart. It looks and feels like any other. Not a big fan. I found on occasion packages of food already open. Update: nothing really changed since I wrote this review. The store underwent a couple of updates and an expansion. Large store, many things can be found.

Cat food isle almost empty. Could find no one to help. Only a couple cashiers with backed up lines. Staff would walk by and say self check out open. I don't want self check out, neither did the others in line. If I use self check out, they need less people. That leaves someone without a job. No thanks.

I would ask the store management at the service desk for replacement or refund. If they do not respond to replace the item I would check with the manufacturer if you send in a copy of the receipt they will probably be more than happy to oblige. After all it is only good business
