I hate that there are terrible reviews for this place the lady that helped me is the sweetest lady you will ever meet! I needed a bridesmaid dress taken in and hemmed and I believe the straps tightened as well and I can’t even see where she worked on it! It looks amazing and fits greats! It was ready when I came to pick it up. If I need anything altered in the future I will definitely be back!

Took in two pairs of jeans - one to have the length altered and one to only have a button replaced. I took them in on a Tuesday and she said they would be done a week from Thursday (9 days later). I was unable to get to her shop to pick them up that Thursday so I went the following Tuesday (14 days later) and she said they were not done. She said she would finish them that night and they would be ready the next day. I was once again unable to get to her shop to pick them up the next day so I went the following day which was Thursday (14 days after I dropped them off) only to be told again that they were not finished and that she would have them ready by the next day. In order to give the lady more time and not waste more hard which is $4.00 a gallon I did not go back to pick them up until the next Friday. Thankfully they were done and I paid her $25 to have one pair of jeans altered and a button out in another pair of jeans. When I got home and was able to examine her work the button had been put on as requested but she had also altered the pair of jeans that only needed a button and they were now too short. I then tried on the jeans that I did request to be altered and they were also too short. So three weeks later I am out two pairs of jeans. I was reluctant to post this review as I respect a person that has their own business and works hard, but after reading other reviews that were very similar I felt it was necessary to try to prevent this from happening to another customer. Needless to say, I will never go back to this business for anything.
