UPS has routinely provided TERRIBLE delivery to my residence. The most recent time was a medical supply delivery where they stated they left it at my front door on the tracking information. They also regularly give packages to my children when they are playing in the front yard. All deliveries are presented to my back porch as there is NO WAY to get to my front door from the driveway and these instructions are given whenever I place an order. Amazon, USPS, other delivery personnel don’t seem to have this problem… The package was left on the inside of my electric fence, which tells me it was 1. Dropped & 2. Driver didn’t read the label. I was unable to find my package last night in the dark when I got back home. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged but could have been very easily if it had rained. I recognize that drivers are generally unaware of the contents of the packages AND I would expect that because of that limited knowledge, they would treat all packages as valuable/fragile to at least some extent.

Always prompt and courteous service . The drop off area needs better signs. Not only for easy to navigate to parking. But the signage at roadside, letters are to small to read. It may look good on a computer screen in a graphics program, but in real life you need to easily see what and where in a huge complex. 2 year update: Same courteous service...yet no signage improvements. UPS really has fumbled the ball on that part.

I am currently having the same issue. I have a long driveway that goes through some woods. I have had some drivers bring it to the front door and others leave the packages in the bags 3/4 of the way back closer to the other houses on the ground pushed back to the woods. Especially frustrating when it was Hello Fresh that got ruined or one of my son's expensive medicines!! I am trying to figure out how to get with the driver in order to let them know that the house IS back there and just bring it all the way to the door. Go figure.
Call 1800PICKUPS. Give them tracking number. Tell them you want to pick it up at Will Call at Customer Service desk. UPS will stop your pkg from going to package truck and hold it up front for you. UPS=CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No. But this is not a UPS holiday. So all offices are open. I work in logistics and we are heavy in UPS shipments

You'll have to go up there during the day, shes normally there by 0800... UPS is weird about giving out numbers... even if you call the 1800 HR number... hope this helps!
Just ask to see her they can't publicly put out those numbers
