I bought some steel toed shoes two weeks ago, the Brazos and they are two big I lost my receipt but, my purchase is on my online banking statement can I get a refund?

Yes. I had this same issue with something I had purchased for my son. As long as you give them the same card you used to purchase the item. They just add it back to your card. At least.... This is what happened for me in January 2018.

They will even search your card number if you lost it. Absolutely the best customer service, unlike Dick's who are horrid.
