experience has been great with the employees at the storage units. do have to say I don't like when you call you cant speak to someone at this storage unit

I've been trying to call since before 9:00 a.m. this morning to pay my storage. It rings once and automatically hangs up. I can't get through and I don't want my payment to be late! It's due on the 1st but closed on Sunday

Leave a message if you get the answering machine. A Monday after the last day of the month is always a crazy day. They will work with you. I would call around 1:30 to 2:30 pm.
