Package delivered to wrong address and claim closed since it was “delivered”. I can’t get a human to help. it’s been two months since it was marked delivered. Besides being in the same city I don’t have a clue why my package was delivered to this address! Not even the same street.

Can't talk to an actual person. The UPS delivery man stuffed my package in my mailbox instead of bringing it to my porch. In so doing, he broke the leg off the sea turtle my young granddaughter made for my birthday! The package was not supposed to be smushed up like a taco. It was sent by UPS instead of post office so that it would NOT go in my BOX!

Terrible customer service! I had to refuse my online order because of UPS failure to deliver in a timely manner. I was lied to twice, went to the DC to retrieve my package like customer service said and it all was a big waste of my time and a very frustrating experience all together.

I've never heard of that happening
Just call or log on to ups with the tracking number and put a hold on the package. Customer service can better help you on their website or phone
You need to call UPS as they only have scheduled hours wen they are open.
When you pull in the gates and see the customer pickup doors on the left, the parking is on the right.

Should. You can pick ir up at the center after the delivery hours.
