Return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is a joke Bought a Easton softball bat and 2 hours later it split they would not return it so had a 13 year old grand daughter that did not get to play the next day I think if you pay 491.00 for a bat it breaks 2 hours later they should return it I will never purchase anything else from them and we have spent a lot of money in their since she has been playing travel ball I would of given a half star but I couldn’t. I bought the warranty which was about 59.99 but takes a week to get a replacement
