Why did your service hours change? I get routine oil changes/tire rotations. When I called to make an appointment they informed me 3:45 pm is the latest appointment in the day. Since when? I had 4pm & 4:15pm in the past.

I called twice, no help. I found another dealer closer to my job that was extremely accommodating.

You really need to call the service department and see if they could make an exception. They do want to make you happy. It's in there best interest.
