We've had the worst customer experience with royal pools. We had an aboveground pool that was cloudy so we went to royal pool with our concerns. They came and legit shocked the pool and left. We complained the pool was still cloudy. They came again and just shocked the pool AGAIN. No testing. No nothing. Just shocking ...which is something I can do for way cheaper myself . So we decided to search somewhere else and they cleared the pool within a day because they actually used the right chemical. We had cancelled our royal pool subscription and was charged a YEAR'S WORTH of supplies. Almost $700. We have yet to receive a refund or the supplies they charged us for. It's been over a month and we spoke to them multiple times over the phone with them promising a refund. Nothing has happened. Very disappointed.

I honestly don’t know how anyone could ever write a bad review about this company!! I have had nothing but a positive experience with everyone there. They are fast, attentive and responsive even after the pool is installed. They are easily accessible to get a hold of. They come right out to your property to assess any issues you may have and correct it immediately. I have been very pleased with everything they have done for me. I am glad that I didn’t listen to the negative reviews online and decided to try them for myself.

Very fast response and install after our filter broke. Tech on-site, Anthony, worked hard and got the job done perfect. Had lots of cuts and pipe changes to do. Will now use Royal for all my pool supplies.

Call royal pools, the handle sun dance hot tubs. Not sure for other brands.
CAN U PLEASE CALL THEM DIRECTLY? BETTER YET, GO INTO THE STORE N THEY WILL GUIDE U ON WHAT U NEED N HOW TO DO IT.
