We just purchased a 2022 Rav 4 hybrid from this dealer. I just want to share that our sales rep Manny Skouloudis was exceptional in helping us find the car that was right for us and the reason we kept returning to Johnston’s for the purchase. In this day and age with inventory running low at most dealers, purchasing a car isn’t easy and many are sold while in transport so it makes it hard to test drive cars. Manny was very patient with us as we test drove several different models on different occasions to decide which model best met our needs. We never felt any pressure from him to purchase a car “right now before it’s gone”. His motto is you need to find the car that’s right for you. He listened to us and knew what we wanted and helped us find the car that fit the bill as best he could with what inventory he had or what was coming on the truck, or we could special order if needed. After test driving a few cars we knew what we wanted so we were able to get the car while it was in transport before it could be sold out from under us. Once at the dealer, we test drove it and finished the paperwork. Manny made this experience very easy, at least for us anyways. We highly recommend that if you’re looking for a car that you go see Manny at Johnston’s Toyota. Oh adding to that, we just found out our neighbor recently purchased a car from Johnston’s and he was telling us how helpful his salesman was. Guess who? Manny!

9/10/22. Walked in with a $40k check in my pocket ready to purchase a rav4. Walked around showroom for about 5min, maybe more. Everyone was on their cell phone. Not one person even said hello. I turned around and walked out.

Best dealership experience I have ever had from introductions to 3 hours later with a brand new vehicle. Every step of the way was no hassles, extremely personable and willing to keep us satisfied before, as well as after the sale is over. Still to this day getting messages from one of our favorites, Bridget Krol, just to make sure we are okay and to say hi. My wife and I will not buy from anywhere else. Thank you Johnstons! If you haven’t yet had that kind of experience, it’s time to make the change. Don’t take my word for it, you have to go see it for yourself.

There are a few gas stations with deli. Talk to Aaron, nice guy may take you for test drive and bring you for a meal
