Car throwing off 5 pages of codes only driven it approx 1,000 miles . Been in for repair more than I've driven it . Owner says he's out after his dmv inspection passed the vehicle with head lights don't work , blinkers don't work , and bald tires. He replaced the headlight bulb , which still doesn't work , car left me at the home depot Xmas eve 2021 still haven't seen the car yet and making payments so do not buy from here how this car passes his inspection is beyind me it shouldn't have passed at all

I have never had any problems with this guys until lately. As a matter of fact, I have purchased a total of three cars from them when my boys started driving. Recently I saw a BMW X3 and inquired to purchase it. Hoping to finance the purchase, they took my information for a credit check. When I didn’t hear from them, I called after three days. I was told that I was approved for financing but unfortunately the owner had already sold the car to someone else. Who does this kind of business and why is the vehicle still listed in their inventory and parked on their lot?Meanwhile, my credit score went down because they ran a credit check on me.

If I could rate higher I would, I bot a 2010 civic from this place six months the ago. The car is excellent I paid 8k for the car that had 48k on it. This place is great and I am going to buy another car from them. No hard sales push and the atmosphere is laid back no sales push. Quality cars at a decent price thanks yall

Let’s clarify something here. You bought this car two years ago. Two years ago and your still contacting me asking me what Iam going to do. I’ve told you that anything you need call your warranty company. They have spend lots of lonely fixing your car. I also spent money helping you fix the car in the beginning. If you are not happy with the car trade the car in and get a brand new car so that you don’t have to worry about anything and don’t buy a BMW buy a Honda. If you don’t want to spend money fixing your car then don’t buy an expensive Maintenance vehicle. I would thunk you would know that because you traded in a Mercedes Benz that had tons of issue. Used cars have issues that how it goes. The dealer is not responsible for anything after 30 days. Your wasting your time calling me constantly after I told you to stop contacting me several months ago. You filed a Better Business Claim and I respond to it and they dropped the claim because it’s not valid.
Yes of course but we are a very busy dealership so sometimes you just need to call a second time because we may be on the phone already.
