Placed in drive thru. Not busy at all ordered lunch for 4 adults 2 of the 4 were wrong . Ordered a turkey swiss wrap and got a Buffalo fried chicken wrap ended up throwing it out due to not being able ro eat spicy things. My son's order was a brisket sandwich and received a fried chicken with Swiss cheese. Not whT we ordered we spent 43 dollars so 2 people didn't have lunch with the rest of the family. Tried calling well you know how that goes didn't go back since we don't eat in the car and live 20 minutes away. This is such bad customer service since the drive thru is the only customer they deal with .

The S.S. Arbys in my neighborhood. The ship that sunk in a sea of mediocrity; and though the crew has perished or swam away.....there is one member who still tries to sail her to destiny. The captain. O' fearless Arbys captain, with your peg leg and "we got the meat" slogan (? Is that even the slogan? ) How you push these roast beef sandwiches into my gullet. I commend your bravery. And just like the vicious ocean, so go the arbys sandwich.....you start on the voyage with such high hopes and at the end of the meal you feel like youve ingested a pound of room temp human skin. Then you get sick and curse the sandwich you got from Davy Jones Locker. Not the sea; but Davy Jones actual gym Locker.

They have yet to normalize their business and lobby hours after the pandemic, but the curly fries and gyros are still the best I've had in the area. I've already never had issues with missing or incorrect items through the drive thru.

The foods good but the hours aren't consistent. The inside dining area, even to order hasn't been open on a couple occasions. Going through the drive thru takes time and twice now by the time you get up to the speaker you are told they have closed, it's barely 8 PM at the time too.
