If you are thinking about using this car wash , I advise you to find another one . Last week my son took my car to the car wash . I’ve been a customer/ member with them for years so what I’m about to share is extremely disheartening . I have three other cars on this membership as well. My son took my car to the car wash for me as he usually does . The next morning I was driving to work and I noticed there was damaged to my vehicle . As I noticed I called them and let them know what had happen to the car . The manager asked me to bring the car in so they can see the damage and review the cameras to make sure we actually were there . Everything was confirmed yet they only agreed to cover half of the repair when they are the ones who caused the damage. The repair is very expensive & if I wouldn’t have went to this car wash there would be no damage to my vehicle. Also , the manager stated he would take full responsibility for the cost of the vehicles damages at my dealer once it was repaired. Once the repair was finished the manager changed his mind about paying the full price of the damages .
