Is this place real? I tried to call for several days but no one ever answers, I don’t think they are open any more. I wanted to set up a reservation... but I guess I’ll have to look for this somewhere else :(

They're real. I was just there a week or two ago. If you're calling on the weekend they are normally incredibly busy. It took me almost 35 min just to go through the line to pay for entry. The place gets PACKED on the weekends. I had to call during the week and try to get in touch with someone.
