Hmm ok I definitely gotta go test this matter out. It def needs an answer to show we don't put up with these actions.

If the EBT card is considered a debit type card, it should work. I have a similar card through my health insurance & it works at HT. If you want to be absolutely sure though, you should be able to call either HT or the number on the back of your card to find out.
