I brought back sliced watermelon that was not in good condition, which was unlikely from the store. Usually the watermelon is really sweet. The person at the counter refused to take the watermelon back for a refund nor an exchange. I had exchanged a produce product in store before and did not understand why I could not get an even an exchange. Was not given kind customer service by the young man at the counter nor the older man. Customer of 7 years, will never return after this experience.

Not Harris Teeter but... it's a good International supermarket. Great selection of Latin American foods, coffee, teas, sweets, spices... and Asian products too. You can buy beans in bulk. Good variety of meats but... limited selection of fruits and vegetables. They prepare food, if you'd like to eat there or take out.

We bought Argentine products this week, we live 3 hours away and spent more than $100. ALL products are expired, most since May 2021.

What??? I felt very discriminated against as I was trying to go shopping with my extended family. Upon arrival I had my mask on- obviously But I was refused to be let in bc I was told I needed a mask. I was wearing a mask when I approached- why are you forcing me to buy a mask to come inside? Whaaaat???
