I've seen dogs here on several occasions
Somerville food establishments do not allow pets and apparently all Mass. They have an ordinance allowing pets at outdoor seating at discretion of owner. Have seen dogs inside. Have sat next to "he's really friendly'" but his smell did not go with mocha. (MA regs (105 CMR 590.007) states that “live animals may not be allowed on the premises of a food establishment”)
Officially no. But they do allow dogs to accompany you while you wait for your order.
Ive seen many people get dogs in while they are ordering as Perceval says. But there are often dogs tied up outside- do you can leave your dog outisde while you enjoy your coffee inside.
Somerville doesnt allow dogs in eating areas unless they are therapy dogs. Diesel lets dogs come in while you're ordering, but you can't sit down with it unless it's a therapy dog. This is also true of their sister locations, Bloc and Forge.
