Could not have had a worse experience. I called to schedule a test 5 days out as is listed on the website as the earliest I could book one and was greeted by a man who could not have been more rude. He began berating me for my confusion when I was told booking was available 7 days out and thus they were all booked and repeating over and over how "of course the website is wrong!" I understand this is a tough time for everyone but to have my researched knowledge be met with indignation was ridiculous. The man then hung up on me. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

We're really lucky in Somerville to have access to testing here for free. It's pretty well organized even if wait times can be long. You used to be able to make an appointment via CHA's MyCHArt, but it looks like you can only call as of now. This is possibly just something for the holiday period or because of the surge-- not really sure. You can either walk up or drive up, although the walk up lines are usually shorter. You'll need your mask and ID for your appointment as well. Be prepared to wait.

Went yesterday. Appt at 12:55, got tested by 1:30. Simple nose swab. Pretty well organized. Got my neg results back by 10:41 pm.
